West Auto has been a haven for me and my vehicles. In the last three years since I have been going there I have cut my waiting time for oil changes down from 2 hours to 20 minutes, I can always get my vehicle in right away if it’s serious, and I believe 100% that whatever Tony says my vehicles need, they need. Right before I started going to West Auto, the dealership I was going to had told me I needed a $700 fix. Because I was skeptical since I had just had about $400 worth of work done on it there, I took my van to a friend’s mechanic who found that the tie rods just needed more grease; my oil changes had been poorly done! This kind of negligence will never happen with Tony.
Tony and Norma are always welcoming and kind, and willing to help in any way you need it. When you visit West Auto you can get physical help for your vehicle, emotional help from a good joke or a shoulder to cry on if it’s a serious mechanical problem, or spiritual help for those whom only prayer will suffice. Sometimes I’m still visiting and the job’s already done! You can’t do better than West Auto. It’s the best stop I ever made.
